Covid-19 cancellation information

Bookings for 2021, which are made with us via our website or directly by email, can be canceled or rebooked free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. You can cancel your stay for no reason.

If the period falls below 30 days, the following cancellation rules apply:

• 29 to 14 days before arrival 30%,
• 13 to 7 days before arrival 50%
• and from 6 days and in the case of no-show 90% of the total stay will be charged.

If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival, we guarantee NO CANCELLATION FEE if the following applies:

• Corona traffic light of the Austrian federal government in the holiday community on RED
• The border with Austria is closed and entry is no longer possible.
• The respective responsible foreign ministry of the guest's home country has issued a travel warning for our holiday region / area. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs therefore advises against travel that is not absolutely necessary. It is not possible to enter Austria for vacation purposes.
• The guest or the people living in the same household tested positive for Corona when they planned to start their vacation (medical certificate must not be older than 48 hours) or the officially prescribed quarantine has not yet ended at the time of arrival. Here the guest is obliged to present the document to the landlord to provide evidence.
